Thoughts that won't stop. A body that stays tense even when nothing is wrong. The feeling that something bad is always about to happen — even when life looks fine on the outside. Anxiety lives in the nervous system, in the body, and often in deeper layers that talk therapy doesn't reach. We work with all of them.

Scans come back clean. The pain doesn't go away. Sometimes pain is the body holding onto something the mind has already moved past — an old injury, a stored emotion, an energetic pattern. When the root is addressed, the body can finally let go.

You don't have to remember everything for trauma to be affecting you. It lives in the body — in how you react, how you relate, how safe you feel. We work at the level where trauma is actually stored — not just talked about.

The gut and the nervous system are in constant communication. When stress, anxiety or unprocessed emotion is present — the gut reacts. Gut-directed hypnotherapy works directly with this connection — addressing what medicine often misses.

Your body is exhausted but won't let go. At night the mind takes over — thoughts, tension, a nervous system that forgot how to rest. We work with what's keeping the system in alert — so the body can finally return to natural, deep rest.

Different person. Same story. Repeating dynamics in relationships — abandonment, control, unavailability, self-abandonment — are patterns stored deep. We find the root and release it.

You say yes when you mean no. You shrink to make others comfortable. You know your worth intellectually — but don't feel it. This lives in the subconscious — in early decisions about who you are and what you deserve. We go there directly.

Money comes in and leaves. You work hard but never get ahead. Something keeps the flow from landing. Often this is an inherited pattern — a family belief around scarcity, or an energetic block around receiving. We clear it at the root.

Grief that has nowhere to go stays in the body. It doesn't have to be recent — old, unprocessed loss affects everything. We create the space for grief to complete — so it can move through rather than stay stuck.

Fears that feel irrational but completely real. Phobias that limit your life. These are almost always rooted in a specific moment or pattern in the subconscious. Often resolved in one to three sessions.

My Story

The path that brought me here

The turning point came when I saw a group of monks. They had almost nothing — no possessions, no shoes — yet they radiated deep calm and happiness. Something inside me said: enough. I want to feel what they feel. That's where my journey began.

I don't believe people are broken. I believe many have simply lost touch with themselves.

My first trauma happened very early. I was two years old when my father left our family. That event shaped my nervous system long before I could make sense of what had happened. Abandonment was the first wound.

My mother was overwhelmed by life. She did everything she could, but emotionally she was often unavailable and at times harsh. I learned early that love came with conditions. To be loved, I had to be good, easy, quiet, not too sensitive. That's how a split formed inside me — a "good" part and a hidden part.

At school I was withdrawn and insecure. I experienced bullying, which deepened my sense of being unsafe and invisible. Later these patterns showed up in relationships — fear of being abandoned, difficulty trusting, anxiety around closeness.

At some point I realized I didn't truly love myself. I was living with anxiety, fears, and repeating emotional patterns without understanding where they came from.

That's where my journey began.

I started by coming back to myself — learning to feel, to understand why I felt the way I did, and to hear what I was missing. Gradually I searched for ways to transform my inner state — to feel calm, safe, and whole.

I lived through deep relationships, including being close to someone with severe PTSD from military trauma. That experience widened my understanding of how deep human suffering can go — and how closely the mind and body are connected.

I studied psychology, hypnotherapy, trauma work, breathwork, NLP, and body-based processes. I believed that if there's no irreversible physical damage, recovery is possible. That belief guided me.

Later my path deepened into spiritual and energy work. I came to understand that the body and mind are not separate from the soul.

In that moment, everything became clear. The phenomena I had experienced since I was young — leaving my body, energy moving through me that I couldn't control — suddenly made sense.

Something was present in me from early life. Experiences I couldn't explain, phenomena I didn't understand. For a long time I didn't know what they were or what to do with them.

I went on a four-year journey to the Himalayas, India, and Indonesia — studying with a monk and with shamans — to finally learn what this gift was. How to work with it. How to use it without fear.

In the Himalayas, a monk taught me how to work with energy — how to allow it to move through the body without fear, how to direct it with precision, and how to enter states of consciousness that go beyond ordinary perception.

In Indonesia, shamans taught me how to heal — how to work with entities and other beings, how to communicate with what most people cannot perceive, how to clear ancestral imprints and patterns carried across generations, and how to work with the energy field of another person directly.

That changed everything about how I heal.

Life kept testing me — divorce, single motherhood, betrayal, loss. I didn't avoid the pain. I integrated it.

Today I live in a state of presence, trust, and inner calm. I still feel deeply — joy, sadness, grief — but emotions no longer throw me off balance. They move through me without breaking me.

My work is a continuation of this path. I don't believe people are broken. I believe many have simply lost touch with themselves.

My purpose is to help people return to inner coherence, safety, and wholeness.

My method

Integrative Alignment Therapy

Integrative Alignment Therapy is a method born from my personal experience and years of professional practice. Every technique I use I have lived and tested within myself.

This is how an approach formed that integrates inner processes and helps a person return to a state of inner coherence and natural wholeness.

My aim is to help people remember who they truly are — before trauma, pressure and inner conflict — and bring that state back into their lives.

I work simultaneously on four levels: Psychological, Emotional, Somatic, Energetic. Change unfolds naturally, gently, at a pace that is safe for the nervous system.

Energy Work

The energy level is where we go beyond what the mind can access and the body can express. This is the layer of the field — invisible but deeply real — that holds what no other approach has reached.

This level addresses six distinct layers:

Emotions that were never fully expressed become stored as energy in the body and field — sometimes for decades. Chronic heaviness, persistent tension, a sense of something stuck. Released directly — without needing to re-live the original experience.

Energy absorbed from people, places, and relationships that isn't yours. It can feel like sudden shifts in mood, unexplained fatigue after certain people, or carrying something that doesn't feel like you. Identified and cleared completely.

Themes repeating across generations — around love, money, health, self-worth. Passed down not through genetics but through the energetic field of the family system. Cleared at the root so they stop moving forward.

When significant trauma or shock occurs, parts of our essence can fragment and separate as protection. The result is a persistent feeling of not being fully present, difficulty feeling joy, or a sense that something is missing — even when life looks fine. These parts are located and returned.

Energy directed toward you by others — consciously or unconsciously. Cleared from the field, with natural energetic boundaries restored — without fear, without drama.

Foreign presence in the field — more common than most realise, particularly after periods of significant vulnerability or loss. Identified, understood, and completely cleared. The result is often an immediate sense of lightness and return to self.

Energy healing does not require belief. It requires only openness. The results — physical relief, emotional clarity, a return to feeling like yourself — speak for themselves.

All energy work is conducted remotely.

Preparation

How to prepare for your session

Choose a room where no one will disturb you for 90 minutes. Silence notifications on your phone.

Check your connection in advance. An unstable signal disrupts immersion and the quality of the session.

Headphones are essential — they create a sense of presence and help you go deeper into the process.

A laptop or phone with a camera. The session runs over Google Meet. You'll receive the link after booking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clinical hypnosis is completely safe. You always remain conscious and in full control. The hypnotic state is a deep relaxation, similar to meditation or the state before sleep.
It depends on your request. Phobias are often resolved in 1–3 sessions. Deep patterns take 5–8 sessions. We'll discuss this during the initial consultation and create a realistic plan.
No. Hypnosis is only possible with your voluntary participation and desire. Nobody can hypnotise you against your will.
Online sessions are just as effective as in-person. You need a quiet place, a comfortable chair or bed, stable internet and headphones. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
Everyone is capable of entering a hypnotic state — it's a natural brain function. The depth of trance varies, but even a light trance produces meaningful results.
